Andrew has more than 20 years of international and commercial experience within the IT sector. As Director of Sales - Strategic Accounts for NICE, he sees his responsibility as supporting his largest accounts transform their own customers experience. Andrew previously held management positions at Oracle as well as being the Oracle Global Account Manager for one of the world's largest Banks. More recently he worked in the start-up space as SVP Europe for a Fintech company. Andrew has been focused on Enterprise sales for most of his career and, as such, has always worked in partnership with a large eco-system of internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating these teams and resources in pursuit of a shared goal of client success, is a challenge that has always motivated Andrew. In a world where most businesses either feel inspired or challenged by agile “born in the cloud companies”, Andrew believes that driving engagement through an ABM methodology is vital in order to capture and address his customers’ aspirations.
